IMPORTANT NOTICE

Markets carry risk. EASY Bots algorithms are designed to automate trading and may help reduce certain types of risk exposure through settings, execution discipline, and technical practices—however, no system can eliminate risk entirely. Trading in financial markets may result in partial or total loss of capital. Algorithmic execution adds technical and infrastructure risks.

This Risk Disclosure (the "Document") is a mandatory notice describing the risks associated with using EASY Bots algorithmic trading robots/advisors for the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform and/or other compatible environments. It is intended to enable the User to make an informed decision about purchasing and using the Operator's digital products.

1. TERMS AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. "EASY Bots" means software products (digital goods) intended to automate operations in financial markets, including trading robots (Expert Advisors), scripts, modules, and related components.

1.2. "MT5/MetaTrader 5" means a trading platform typically provided by brokers. The Operator is not the developer of MT5 and is not affiliated with the platform's rights holders unless expressly stated otherwise.

1.3. "User" means any person who purchases and/or uses EASY Bots.

1.4. This Document:

(a) is not investment advice or an offer to buy/sell any financial instrument;
(b) is not a promise of profitability;
(c) does not replace advice from licensed professionals (financial, legal, tax) in the User's jurisdiction.

1.5. By using the Website, purchasing, or running EASY Bots, the User confirms that they have read this Document, understand the risks described herein, and accept them.

2. THE OPERATOR IS NOT A BROKER AND DOES NOT PROVIDE INVESTMENT SERVICES

2.1. The Operator provides software (automation tools). The Operator:

(a) does not manage the User's funds;
(b) does not provide discretionary/managed account services;
(c) does not act as a broker/dealer/exchange;
(d) does not guarantee order execution, quotes, or trading conditions with any particular broker.

2.2. Any materials on the Website (descriptions, instructions, example settings, reports, statistics, monitoring, charts) are for informational purposes only and do not constitute personalized investment advice.

2.3. The User independently chooses a broker, account type, trading instruments, risk parameters, and makes the decision to start/stop any algorithm.

3. MARKET RISKS: TOTAL LOSS OF CAPITAL IS POSSIBLE

3.1. Trading in financial markets (including, without limitation, Forex/CFDs/metals/indices/crypto-derivatives where offered by a broker) involves high volatility and the risk of significant losses, including the risk of total loss of the deposit.

3.2. Leverage increases both potential profits and losses. Adverse price moves may rapidly reduce equity and trigger forced liquidation (stop-out/margin call) under the broker's rules.

3.3. Market events and conditions that can cause losses (non-exhaustive list):

(a) sharp price movements and "black swan" events;
(b) news releases and macroeconomic events;
(c) gaps, especially at market open/after weekends;
(d) spread widening and reduced liquidity;
(e) slippage, requotes, partial fills, execution delays;
(f) changes in commissions, swaps/financing, trading sessions, and contract specifications imposed by the broker.

3.4. Any trading performance, including a history of profitable trades, does not mean future results will be similar.

4. ALGORITHMIC TRADING AND AUTOMATED EXECUTION RISKS

4.1. Algorithmic trading means orders may be opened/closed automatically and quickly without additional manual confirmation by the User (depending on settings). This may lead to:

(a) higher trading frequency;
(b) risk concentration over a short period;
(c) performance deterioration under abnormal market conditions.

4.2. An algorithm follows predefined rules and does not "understand" market context as a human might. As a result, robot behavior during extreme volatility may differ from the User's expectations.

4.3. Risk settings (lot size, multipliers, grids, martingale/averaging, drawdown limits, stop-trading features, etc.) materially affect the probability and magnitude of losses. Improper settings may lead to rapid loss of capital.

4.4. The User understands and agrees that even "protective" mechanisms (limits, filters, stop-trading) do not guarantee loss prevention because:

(a) during gaps, orders may execute at a worse price than requested;
(b) a broker may reject execution at a certain price due to insufficient liquidity;
(c) connection delays may cause late actions.

5. TECHNICAL AND INFRASTRUCTURE RISKS (MT5, VPS, NETWORK, BROKER)

5.1. EASY Bots depend on proper operation of:

(a) the MT5 platform and its components;
(b) the broker's trading server;
(c) connectivity (internet), latency, and connection stability;
(d) VPS/computing resources, operating system, time/timezone settings;
(e) third-party libraries, updates, antivirus/security software, access restrictions.

5.2. Potential technical incidents include:

(a) disconnections from the broker's server;
(b) terminal freezes, update errors, data corruption;
(c) latency affecting execution price;
(d) power outages, data center failures, VPS overload;
(e) quote and historical data discrepancies between brokers;
(f) differences in position accounting modes (netting/hedging), order limitations, and minimum distances.

5.3. The Operator may recommend certain technical practices (e.g., using a VPS); however, such recommendations:

(a) are not guarantees of results;
(b) do not eliminate technical risks;
(c) do not mean the Operator is responsible for the User's infrastructure or third-party services.

5.4. The User is responsible for:

(a) installing/updating the terminal;
(b) correct connection to the trading account;
(c) verifying auto-trading permissions and settings;
(d) monitoring logs and alerts;
(e) securing devices and account credentials.

6. LIMITATIONS OF BACKTESTS, DEMO ACCOUNTS, AND EXAMPLES

6.1. Strategy Tester results and/or demo account performance have limitations and may differ materially from live trading.

6.2. Reasons for differences (non-exhaustive list):

(a) historical data quality and tick modeling;
(b) absence of real-world latency and execution specifics;
(c) inability to fully model spread widening, liquidity, and slippage;
(d) parameter optimization to past data (overfitting), reducing future robustness;
(e) broker condition differences (spreads/commissions/swaps/minimum volumes/restrictions).

6.3. Any profitability examples, charts, monitoring, or calculations shown on the Website:

(a) are for reference only;
(b) do not guarantee repetition of results;
(c) must be assessed critically by the User with full consideration of risks.

7. LEGAL, TAX, AND JURISDICTIONAL RISKS

7.1. Laws and regulation of financial markets vary by country. The User must independently ensure that:

(a) using algorithmic trading and related tools is permitted;
(b) the chosen broker is authorized to serve the User;
(c) the User complies with legal requirements in their jurisdiction, including taxes and reporting.

7.2. The Operator does not provide legal or tax advice. Any explanations by the Operator are not official opinions and must not be used as the sole basis for decision-making.

8. RECOMMENDED RISK-REDUCTION PRACTICES (NOT GUARANTEES)

8.1. For more responsible use of EASY Bots, the User is advised to:

(a) start with a demo account and/or minimal position sizes;
(b) apply reasonable risk parameters, drawdown limits, and/or stop-trading features;
(c) ensure stable infrastructure (including VPS where appropriate);
(d) regularly monitor terminal operation, logs, and connection status;
(e) consider news events and periods of extreme volatility;
(f) follow the Operator's published installation and configuration guidance (if applicable).

8.2. The User understands and agrees that losses are possible—and sometimes unavoidable—even when recommendations are followed.

9. NO WARRANTIES AND USER ASSUMPTION OF RISKS

9.1. EASY Bots are provided as software tools. The Operator makes no warranties regarding:

(a) profitability;
(b) absence of drawdowns;
(c) achievement of specific financial metrics;
(d) compatibility with any broker/account/instrument without limitation;
(e) uninterrupted operation under all conditions.

9.2. The User assumes all risks related to trading and the use of algorithmic systems, including the risk of total loss of capital, and confirms that they use EASY Bots voluntarily, knowingly, and at their own risk.

10. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

10.1. By purchasing, installing, activating, or using EASY Bots, the User confirms that they:

(a) have read and understood this Document;
(b) acknowledge that trading may result in total loss of funds;
(c) understand that algorithmic trading adds technical risks;
(d) understand that past performance is not indicative of future results;
(e) accept responsibility for broker selection, infrastructure, and risk settings.

11.1. Current support and contact channels are published on the Website. The Operator may provide technical guidance on installation and operation, without assuming any obligation to ensure profitability or absence of losses.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS

12.1. The Operator may amend this Document by publishing an updated version on the Website. Where applicable law requires a different notice procedure, that legal requirement shall apply.

12.2. If any provision of this Document is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective to the maximum extent permitted.
