- Risk controls. Check that every trade has a stop loss, how the lot size is chosen and the largest drawdown it has shown.
- Broker conditions. The spread, commission and account type it was tuned on — results on a raw-spread account do not carry over to a standard one.
- Updates and support. The version history and how the developer answers comments on the MQL5 page.
