This agreement governs your use of EASY Bots trading robots and the FxRobotEasy website.
1.1. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the Operator regarding your access to and use of: (a) the Website and any related services; and (b) EASY Bots digital products (trading robots/Expert Advisors for MetaTrader 5 ("MT5") and related digital materials) (collectively, the "Digital Goods").
1.2. You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and the incorporated Legal Documents when you do any of the following:

2.1. The following Legal Documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form an integral part of the agreement between you and the Operator:
2.2. Your acceptance of these Terms constitutes your explicit acceptance of the Legal Documents identified in Section 2.1, as applicable, even if you do not open each link at the time of acceptance. You agree that it is your responsibility to review the Legal Documents prior to purchase and use.
2.3. In case of any conflict, the document that more specifically governs the matter and/or more strictly limits refunds and/or the Operator's liability shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
3.1. "Digital Goods" means software and related digital materials delivered electronically, including Expert Advisors (trading robots), scripts, indicators, modules, libraries, updates, and documentation.
3.2. "EASY Bots" means the Operator's Digital Goods designed to automate certain trading actions, typically on MT5.
3.3. "MT5" (MetaTrader 5) is a third-party trading platform typically provided by brokers. The Operator is not the developer of MT5 and is not responsible for MT5 availability or performance.
3.4. "License" means a limited right to use a specific EASY Bots product subject to these Terms.
3.5. "License Key" means a unique code/identifier used to activate, validate, and/or restrict use of Digital Goods.
3.6. "License Plan" (or "License Parameters") means the usage limits selected at checkout or otherwise granted by the Operator, including:
3.7. "Trading Account" means a trading account with a broker (demo or live), accessed via MT5 or compatible environment.
3.8. "Permitted Symbols" / "Permitted Trading Pairs" means the list of symbols/pairs allowed under your License Plan.
3.9. "Paid License" means a License obtained by paying the applicable price on the Website.
3.10. "Free License" means a License granted at no charge as a promotional/partner benefit (including via opening an account through a partner broker referral link), subject to Section 8.
3.11. "User Wallet" means an internal balance record on the Website. It is not a bank account.
4.1. You represent that you are of legal age and have full legal capacity under your jurisdiction, or you are duly authorized to act on behalf of an entity.
4.2. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website and Digital Goods is lawful in your jurisdiction and complies with broker rules, platform rules, and applicable regulations (including taxes and reporting).
4.3. You must maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and License Key(s). You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account unless prohibited by applicable law.
5.1. We provide Digital Goods (software tools) and grant Licenses to use them under these Terms.
5.2. We may provide updates, documentation, example settings, and technical support on a best-effort basis unless expressly stated otherwise.
5.3. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, fund manager, or investment adviser. We do not provide managed accounts or personalized investment advice.
6.1. Upon successful issuance of a License Key (and for Paid Licenses, after full payment), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable License to use the applicable EASY Bots product strictly in accordance with:
6.2. NO VPS OR SPECIFIC ACCOUNT NUMBER BINDING. Unless expressly stated by the Operator, your License is not tied to a specific VPS server or a specific Trading Account number. This does not create any unlimited or unrestricted right of use.
6.3. CONCURRENT TRADING ACCOUNTS LIMIT.
6.4. PERMITTED SYMBOLS LIMIT. Your License Plan specifies the Permitted Symbols/Trading Pairs. You may run the product only on such Permitted Symbols.
6.5. We may implement technical controls to enforce License Plan limits (including concurrency and symbol restrictions). You agree not to bypass, disable, or attempt to circumvent these controls.
6.6. Ownership. The License does not transfer any ownership rights. All intellectual property rights in EASY Bots and the Website remain with the Operator and/or licensors.
You must not, and must not assist others to:
7.1. copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise provide the Digital Goods or License Key to any third party;
7.2. share one License Key between multiple users or use it as a "shared" or "community" license;
7.3. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, or create derivative works from EASY Bots, or attempt to extract source code or trading logic;
7.4. bypass, disable, manipulate, or attempt to circumvent licensing checks, restrictions, or security mechanisms;
7.5. use the Website or Digital Goods for unlawful activities, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or infringement of third-party rights;
7.6. misuse refunds, payment disputes, or chargebacks, including attempting to obtain "free use" of Digital Goods through bad-faith refund tactics.
8.1. We may grant a Free License as a promotional benefit, including (without limitation) when you open a trading account with a partner broker using our referral/partner link (the "Partner Broker Program").
8.2. Free Licenses are provided "AS IS" and may be limited in functionality, support, updates, duration, or availability, as determined by the Operator.
8.3. NO REFUNDS. Since no purchase price is paid for a Free License:
8.4. CONDITIONAL AND REVOCABLE. Free Licenses are conditional benefits and may be suspended or revoked at any time if:

9.1. Prices, currencies, available payment methods, and any applicable taxes/fees are shown at checkout.
9.2. You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations in your jurisdiction unless mandatory law states otherwise.
10.1. Digital Goods are delivered electronically (via account access, download link, License Key issuance/activation, or other method stated on the Website).
10.2. Delivery is deemed completed when access is granted and/or a License Key is issued, regardless of whether you actually download or use the product.
11.1. As a general rule, Digital Goods are non-refundable once access is provided, because digital content cannot be "returned" in a physical sense.
11.2. Notwithstanding the general rule, we may provide limited refunds strictly under and in accordance with the Refund Policy, which you accept automatically when you accept these Terms for any Paid License purchase: https://www.fxroboteasy.com/legal/refund
11.3. The Refund Policy is the sole and exclusive policy governing refunds for Paid Licenses.
11.4. CHARGEBACKS. If you initiate a chargeback/dispute with your bank/payment provider, we may suspend support and/or access while the dispute is pending and may take protective measures permitted by law and by payment provider rules.
12.1. Where our system supports it, refunds/credits may be applied to your User Wallet in accordance with the Refund Policy.
12.2. The User Wallet is an internal accounting mechanism and not a bank account. We may apply security checks, limits, delays, or compliance measures to wallet operations.
13.1. You acknowledge and agree that:
13.2. We do not guarantee profitability, absence of drawdowns, or any specific trading performance.
13.3. Past performance, backtests, demo results, monitoring, screenshots, or examples are not indicative of future results and may not reflect real trading conditions.
14.1. You are responsible for your own infrastructure (terminal, VPS if used, internet, operating system, updates, and configuration).
14.2. We are not responsible for outages, delays, execution differences, quote discrepancies, terminal errors, broker server issues, or third-party service failures.
15.1. Support, if offered, is provided on a best-effort basis. Response times are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
15.2. Updates may change features, behavior, or requirements. We do not guarantee compatibility with every broker, account type, symbol specification, or MT5 version.
16.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website, your account, and/or revoke or disable License Keys if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused licenses, or engaged in fraud or circumvention.
16.2. Upon termination/revocation you must immediately stop using the Digital Goods and delete all copies under your control.
17.1. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Website and Digital Goods (including code, algorithms, design, and documentation) remain with the Operator and/or licensors.
17.2. You receive only the limited License expressly granted under these Terms.
18.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Digital Goods or these Terms shall be limited to the amount you paid to the Operator for the relevant Paid License during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a stricter limitation is prohibited by law.
19.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
20.1. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Website. Unless stated otherwise, changes become effective upon publication.
20.2. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and the then-current versions of incorporated Legal Documents.
21.1. Unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Operator's place of incorporation/registration.
21.2. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes by contacting support through official channels and allowing a reasonable time for response.
22.1. Official support channels are published on the Website. We may communicate with you electronically via the Website, email, and/or other official channels listed on the Website.
