End-User License Agreement (EULA) — EASY Bots

1.1. "Website" means https://fxroboteasy.com and its subdomains, including the trader cabinet at https://app.fxroboteasy.com.

1.2. "Programme" or "Digital Goods" means the EASY Bots software products distributed by the Operator, including expert advisors (such as Scalperology AI, Breakopedia AI, Trendopedia AI, and GoldStrike AI), utilities, configuration (.set) files, documentation, and associated cloud services.

1.3. "License Key" means a unique code or identifier used to activate, validate, and/or restrict use of the Programme.

1.4. "Paid License" means a License obtained by paying the applicable price on the Website.

1.5. "Free License" means a License granted at no charge as a promotional or partner benefit (including via the Partner Broker Program), as described in Section 8 of the Terms of Service.

1.6. "SetAnalyze System" means the Operator's cloud service that delivers and updates strategy configuration (.set) parameters for the Programme.

1.7. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this EULA have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.

2.1. You accept this EULA by doing any of the following: clicking a button indicating acceptance; purchasing a Paid License; activating or using a License Key; or installing, launching, or otherwise using the Programme.

2.2. If you do not agree to this EULA, do not install or use the Programme and do not activate any License Key.

2.3. You represent that you are of legal age and have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement in your jurisdiction.

3.1. Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service (and, for Paid Licenses, full payment), the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Programme for your own personal trading on trading accounts under your control.

3.2. The Programme is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Operator.

3.3. The scope of your license (number of accounts, instruments, features, and duration) is defined by the specific product and license tier stated on the Website at the time of purchase or grant.

4.1. Paid License. Obtained by payment on the Website. Paid Licenses are subject to the Refund Policy.

4.2. Free License. Granted as a promotional or partner benefit (including via the Partner Broker Program). Free Licenses are provided "AS IS", may be limited in functionality, support, updates, or duration, are conditional and revocable, and are not eligible for refunds, as described in Section 8 of the Terms of Service.

4.3. Demo / Strategy Tester use. Where the Operator makes a demo version available, it may be used with the MetaTrader Strategy Tester or on demo accounts for evaluation purposes. Demo versions may be limited in functionality and carry no service commitments.

5.1. Each License Key is bound to the number of trading accounts and/or instruments specified for the relevant product and tier on the Website.

5.2. Account or instrument changes (for example, moving a license to a new trading account) are performed through the trader cabinet or support, subject to the limits of your license tier.

5.3. Attempting to exceed license limits, or circumventing license validation, is a material breach of this EULA.

6.1. The license term (lifetime or subscription period) is stated for each product and tier on the Website at the time of purchase or grant.

6.2. Returns, refunds, and exchanges for Paid Licenses are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy. This EULA does not create any refund rights beyond that policy.

6.3. If a refund is granted, the corresponding License Key and any related cloud services are deactivated, and your license to use the Programme terminates immediately. Continued use of the Programme after a refund is prohibited.

7.1. The Programme, including its code, algorithms, configuration files, documentation, trademarks, and content, is and remains the exclusive property of the Operator and/or its licensors.

7.2. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you. Your only rights are the limited license rights expressly granted in Section 3.

You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

8.1. copy, distribute, publish, sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Programme or any License Key to any third party;

8.2. share a License Key between multiple users or use it as a "shared" or "community" license;

8.3. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or algorithms of the Programme, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;

8.4. modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Programme, or remove or alter any proprietary notices;

8.5. circumvent, disable, or interfere with license validation, activation, or any technical protection measures;

8.6. use the Programme to provide commercial services to third parties (including account management or signal services) without the Operator's prior written consent.

9.1. The Programme is designed for continuous operation during market hours. For stable execution, we strongly recommend running it on a virtual private server (VPS) or an always-on machine with a reliable, low-latency internet connection.

9.2. The Operator is not responsible for missed trades, delayed execution, or other issues caused by terminal downtime, unstable connectivity, or inadequate hosting on your side.

10.1. To provide license validation and cloud services, the Programme may transmit technical data such as your account number, broker server name, Programme version, and license status to the Operator's servers.

10.2. The Programme never requires, requests, or transmits your trading account password. Never share your master password with anyone, including us.

10.3. Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

11.1. The Programme runs on the MetaTrader 5 platform and is designed to work with any broker offering MT5 accounts. Recommended account characteristics (for example, low-spread/ECN execution) are described on the Website for each product.

11.2. Trading conditions (spreads, commissions, execution speed, slippage, swap rates) differ between brokers and account types and materially affect results. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for the conditions or conduct of any broker.

11.3. Your relationship with your broker is exclusively between you and that broker.

12.1. The Operator may provide Programme updates and cloud-delivered configuration updates through the SetAnalyze System. Availability of updates depends on your license tier.

12.2. Cloud services require an active internet connection from your trading terminal. The Operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue individual cloud features with reasonable notice where practicable.

12.3. Updated configurations reflect the Operator's ongoing research; they do not guarantee improved results.

13.1. THE PROGRAMME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

13.2. The Operator does not warrant that the Programme will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will generate profits. Past performance, backtests, and demonstrations do not guarantee future results.

13.3. Nothing provided by the Operator constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

14.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising out of or relating to the Programme or this EULA.

14.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability under this EULA shall be limited to the amount you paid to the Operator for the relevant Paid License during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.3. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

15.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from and against any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of this EULA, your misuse of the Programme, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

16.1. This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically upon expiry of your license term, upon a granted refund (Section 6.3), or upon revocation of a Free License under the Terms of Service.

16.2. The Operator may terminate this EULA and deactivate License Keys if you materially breach this EULA or the Terms of Service, abuse licenses, or engage in fraud or circumvention.

16.3. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Programme and delete all copies. Sections 7, 13, 14, 15, 18, and 21 survive termination.

17.1. You may not use, export, or re-export the Programme in violation of applicable export control and sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and are not on any applicable restricted-party list.

18.1. This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, unless the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

18.2. Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact the Operator at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith within thirty (30) days.

19.1. The Operator may update this EULA from time to time. The current version, with its version number and effective date, is always published on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the version history and, where practicable, announced on the Website.

19.2. Continued use of the Programme after the effective date of an updated EULA constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with an updated EULA, stop using the Programme.

21.1. This EULA, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and (for Paid Licenses) the Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Programme and supersedes all prior agreements on that subject.

21.2. If any provision of this EULA is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
