FxRobotEasy is an independent software studio operated by William Harris, a US-based software engineer, working with a distributed team of contractors. It is not an anonymous corporation: the operator is named, publishes a public development log, and answers for the products personally.
Purchases paid by bank card carry a 30-day money-back guarantee, refunded to the original card, with a decision within 10 business days. Cryptocurrency payments are final sale because blockchain transactions are irreversible — this is disclosed on the checkout screen before payment, so the choice is informed. One refunded purchase per customer; a granted refund deactivates the license.

Two levels of performance evidence exist, and we label them explicitly. Flagship Scalperology strategies run publicly tracked Myfxbook accounts — Myfxbook reads data through a read-only broker connection, so the numbers cannot be edited by the vendor. All other products publish internal live monitoring on-site while their independent Myfxbook coverage is being built out.
Public performance data comes from real MT5 accounts via broker-API integration. Inclusion criteria are declared: dormant accounts (no trades for 30+ days) are removed, and accounts with total returns above 300% are excluded from the marketing showcase as unrepresentative outliers.
